Nick Grant

Field Operations Manager

Nick Grant leads ForgeNow's national Field Force — retired Veteran professionals embedded at key installations who connect transitioning service members to accelerated trade programs. As ForgeNow's primary liaison to U.S. Veterans, Nick works with base leadership, Transition Assistance Programs (TAP), and Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs) to raise awareness of veteran trade training in Dallas and nationwide. He recruits, trains, and manages his team and leads all Veteran outreach — from career fairs to base hiring events. Fun fact: Nick is a classically trained pianist and certified PADI Divemaster.
