Intro to Plumbing Industry

Introduces the history of plumbing and trade vocabulary, plus basic job-site safety and how to assemble plumbing materials.

Plumbing Mathematics

This is a basic course designed to provide fundamentals associated with math in the plumbing industry. It includes understanding how to read a tape measure, fractions, angles, and offsets.

DWV and Intro to Potable Water
PLMB 103, Week 3

This course provides knowledge on how to size and install Drain, Waste, and Vent (DWV). Students will understand the proper orientation of fittings and plumbing system layout.
- Basic understanding of Plumbing Code pertaining to DWV

Plumbing Fixtures & Water Heaters
PLMB 104, Week 4

This course is designed to instruct the student on how to install plumbing fixtures and water distribution systems in residential settings.
- How a standard toilet functions

This class builds upon the student's knowledge of plumbing systems to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs in a residential setting. Includes Confined Space Entry Training for Construction.

Plumbing Practicals
PLMB 106, Week 6

This portion of the Plumbing Program will allow students to actively demonstrate practical application of skills learned from the past six weeks.

Do I need prior experience to enroll?
No prior experience required. We teach everything from the ground up — pipe materials, tools, code, and installation.
Are tools provided?
Every student in this program gets a trade specific tool set.
How long is the program?
6 weeks, Monday through Friday, 7AM – 3:30PM. The schedule is intensive by design — that's what makes it possible to complete real trade training in 6 weeks.
What certifications can I earn?
Students have the opportunity to earn both OSHA 10 and Confined Space Entry Training for Construction certifications as part of the program curriculum. Both are included in Tuition & Fees. Passing requires individual effort, but we give you every tool to succeed.
What is included in the total Tuition & Fees?
Tuition & Fees covers your program's tuition, trade specific supplies to get you set up, and all your learning materials.
Is the GI Bill® accepted?
