Our Story
Built From a Shared Mission
Two dads passionate about creating real opportunities struck up a conversation at a youth sports event that grew into a shared vision: a training organization that serves people, families, and communities.
Their idea was simple but powerful: a place where motivated people gain real skills, confidence, and career paths in weeks, not years. That spark became TRACOM in 2018, renamed ForgeNow in 2020 — capturing the belief that anyone can forge a new path forward.
