The ForgeNow Story
ForgeNow didn’t begin in a boardroom or at a conference table, it started on the sidelines of a lacrosse game. Two dads, both passionate about creating real opportunities for people to build better lives, struck up a conversation that quickly grew into a shared vision: a training organization that would genuinely serve people, families, and communities. Their idea was simple but powerful, to create a place where motivated individuals could gain real skills, real confidence, and real career paths in a matter of weeks, not years.
That spark on the sideline eventually became TRACOM (TRACOM Training Command Career Academy) in 2018. By September 2020, as their vision expanded and the mission became even clearer, the name ForgeNow was adopted, capturing the belief that anyone, at any point in life, can forge a new path forward with the right guidance and opportunity.
From the beginning, ForgeNow was built with heart, purpose, and partnership. Its training programs combine the best practices from multiple industries and are crafted with direct input from employers who understand the needs of today’s workforce. Every program is immersive, hands-on, and fast-paced, designed to get students career-ready in just 6 weeks.
