Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Susan relocated to Texas in 1984 and has built a rich career in dental assisting and education. She earned her Dental Assisting Certification from Missouri College in 1980 and later advanced her credentials by obtaining her Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification in 2009 and her Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential in 2012. Susan’s extensive experience spans clinical practice, private practice, classroom instruction, and management within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Passionate about inspiring and mentoring students, Susan thrives in her role as an Admissions Advisor. She is dedicated to helping students recognize their full potential, guiding them toward their goals and future careers with enthusiasm and care.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new restaurants, savoring good food and wine, and soaking up the sun at any beach she can find. Her greatest pride is her son, Taylor, who graduated with honors from the University of North Texas in 2019. Like his mother, Taylor embraces life with passion, valuing family, friendship, and the gift of each new day.
