Meet Nick
Field Force Manager
As the leader of ForgeNow’s nationwide Field Force, Nick oversees a team of retired military professionals embedded across major military installations. Nick hired, trained, and now manages this exceptional team, whose mission is to connect transitioning service members with career-focused training through ForgeNow’s accelerated trade school.
Nick serves as ForgeNow’s primary liaison to the U.S. Military, coordinating closely with base leadership, Transition Assistance Programs, and Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs) to increase awareness and accessibility of our programs. Nick also leads our strategy and logistics for military career fairs, hiring events, and outreach initiatives across the country.
With a strong commitment to helping Veterans and transitioning service members build new futures through skilled trades, Nick takes pride in creating opportunities, building partnerships, and leading a team that delivers real impact every day. Nick is also a classically trained pianist and PADI Divemaster.
